As part of the requirements of the Incorporated Societies Act 2022 it is necessary for the NZTS to update their constitution to comply with the act and to re-register as a society. Meeting will be held to record by resolution the following two items:

2. Accept the revised constitution which complies with the requirements of the Incorporated Societies Act 2022 (Details of changes to be presented at the meeting)

The meeting is open to all current paid members of the NZTS who are able to vote on the two items. A quorum of 15 paid members is required to pass a vote, and 75% of voting members must support the motion for it to pass.
